Book Week November

Singapore School Kinderland observed the Book Week from 17th to 21st November at both the campuses in Gulshan 1 & Gulshan 2, throughout that week with interesting activities. SSK campus started off their “Book Week” with interesting activities and gorgeous decoration to encourage students to read more books.

The students of Music and Drama club of SSK campus2 made a grand opening to the ‘Book Week’, 2019 by performing a small skit from the play, ‘King Lear’ written by the legendary playwright William Shakespeare followed by a poetry competition on the 2nd day.

Primary 1-4 took a trip to Bengal Boi as a part of the book week activity and also had a story telling session with a guest speaker, Ms Sabrina from Ignite Publications Limited

Drama and Parade of Book Characters were the last day activities of our Campus1 Book Week,2019

campus2 wrapped up the Book Week, 2019 with Bake sale, Declaration of the winners of the Story Writing, Essay writing and Poetry recitation competition and also with a Parade of the students in their favourite Book Characters’ outfit.
